Can not open task manager

Hi i have been having issues with the ssvagent.exe error as others and by disabling add ons it am no able to open ie. but for some reason media player will no longer open or play my videos and also unable to open the task manager . It tells me it is not able to find task manager.exe .
Any ideas if this is also related to the sun java isue??

it's a virus related issue,, have you installed any pirated software recently...

get avira & malwarebytes and scan your PC.....

try with system restore option & restore your OS at-least a day before the problem came..

but its good to do a fresh install for infected PC..
