I have lost the caps lock warning sound in XP.The use toggle keys option is ticked in Accessibility Options, where do I go from here

Thanks for the link but what it asked to do was already inplace, the box was ticked
that is why I posted the question

So,
"Use toggle keys" was already ticked in Accessability Options and"System" was already selected.The bottom line is that if the speaker connection to my ASRock 939NF6G-VSTA
PCI Express Motherboard is good..........I need a new internal speaker.....Are these standard,what info will I need to order one
