Prevent file from execute with group policy

Hello,

I need to undo a setting that was done on my computer for a unauthorized program, done through a what i expect to be a gpo.
If i try to execute it it displays : "This program is blocked by group policy.For more information, please contact your system administrator"
Tried running it from command prompt and it still doesn't work.

Hints on how to disable the group policy setting would be very appreciated.

go to Group Policy editor & undo the changes you have made to block it..

It wasn't me who made the changes to the group policy, so I obviously don't know how to undo them, or else I wouldn't be posting this...

then its a bad deal.. do you have any idea about what's the function is disabled...
