Converting to DVD, gpu accelerated?

I've been looking for a software that can convert .avi and .rmvb files to DVD.
So far I've tried WinAVI, it does all I need, converts to DVD and even supports subtitles. Problem is, it's really slow. Painfully slow, specially on my C2D 1.86ghz with 2gb ram. It's taking 30min to convert a 1.5gb 2hour long file.

Anyone knows a DVD Converter that supports GPU acceleration? I have a HD 6850 that could use some work. I know that it works great with Media Espresso, but it can't convert to DVD, so I need another one.

I use ConvertXtoDVD and it is one of the fastest converters I have tried. It also supports subtitles, so that shouldn't be a problem. I don't think it supports GPU acceleration though.
