I plan on getting a q6600 when on July 22 when they cut prices. Then I plan on overclocking it. What cooler should I use? Is a Zalman 9500 good enough to go to 3.2 ghz or so?

If you're going air then use Tuniq Tower 120 or Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme. The best coolers right now but be advice them coolers are quite big and might not fit inside your case. Check dimensions. Or you can go for water cooling. One thing I can advice is the Swiftech H2-220 cpu cooling kit. But that gets expensive.

What's the rest of your system?

It will be a Gigabyte P35 mobo, 2gigs of ddr2 1066 (patriot or corsair), a pny 7900gs which will eventually be a 8800gts 320mb, and two 250 gb seagates in raid.
