Western Digital Raptor X 150GB for Faster Rendering?

I am currenlty rendering alot of work in 3DsMax/Maya here is my current build:
CPU: Core duo 2.4
GPU: 8800 GTS 640 MB
Ram:Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 (4 GB)
Mother Board: Asus P5W64-WS Pro Intel 975X
PSU:Antec TruePower Trio 650W PSU
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB ST3320620AS SATA-II 16MB Cache (two)

I was wondering would a Raptor Hard drive make my work Render Faster?

I dont really know whats involved with rendering, but I think it depends mroe on other things such as mainly CPU and kind of RAM rather than your harddrive.

So id say no.
