When i start up my laptop everything seems like they are gonna go fine until when the desktop is suppose to show up.That when i get "Run a DLL as an App has encoutered a problem" I can't get to anything. no start menu,no desktop,nothin just thesame thing poppin up over again and again.How can i fix this?
