WOW! Ping of 1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a bad connection (38.666 maximum), but some servers in Counter-Strike show me ping of 1-3, I refreshed many times but still shows me 1-3 and when I join I get a ping 250! (on other srveres about 175) What can be the explanation?

I'd hope it is talking 250/175 milliseconds, not seconds... It might scale automatically and show 1-3 seconds rather than 1000-3000ms for higher values....

NOPE! If it would O would have LAGS!!! But I don't..it shows me 8dots when I refresh servers so 8 dots is the best you can get!
