My sound card is not working

Hello,
when i make a call on my computer i sound like mickey mouse my voice is all garbled and the person on the other end can not understand me do i need to upgrade my drivers sound card

Under the Sound category, what does it say? (Exactly)

Yes u probabl dont have drivers for ur sound card
