Hi there!!! i faced the problem after i changed the window user permission. Before that , that user is under ADMINISTRATOR level, and it can check the mail or read the *.eml file but after i changed it to POWER USER, when i click the eml file , it show that "the address book cannot be loaded." . Mean , i cannot use the outlook express. Anybody can help me solved this problem???

Why are you changing user level privileges? It sounds like something got corrupted.
