How do you get that error message?

Also, who is your daddy, and what does he do? ^_^

Seriously though, a google search gave me this:

"Windows Media cannot play the file because a network error occurred. The
server might not be available. Verify that you are connected to the network
and that your proxy settings are correct."

Is that something that you were trying to do? If so, I would first check your personal firewall settings for anything being blocked relating to that application, website, or port/protocol.

Please provide some background information to understand the problem better.
