It looks like it'll be an awesome build, especially if you let that 4300 stretch its legs 
Alas, I'm not the PSU expert, and can't really say for sure what would do your system justice... 500 watts or so? Don't take my word for it.
That card can be pretty power hungry, up to 290 watts at peak (for whole pc, not just the card) running 3dmark06. Would guess 500watts (and a good quality one) should suffice.
Rest looks great, I have a 4300 running at 2.4GHz just upping the FSB to 266 from 200. Runs v stable and good performance on recent games
