Internet stop when open a folder

hi, my name is Henry, got a problem when open a video folder that has some zip files, but error is internet has stop working why is that?

Are you sure it says 'internet'? Or does it say 'explorer'?

Is the folder you're trying to open zipped? If yes, try to right click and extract the files.
