Change dock5ng profile system configuration

In my personal laptop recently I found that there is a roamming profile. In user List there is only one user profile which i created. But while installing windows updates and software's it is giving a message that "you dont have privilege to install, contact system administrator"!. When I checked my document and setting there is another default user which is hidden and one local service and net work service also hidden folders. I am not using my system in any LAN net work. Inside the network service folder-cookies, there is index.dat which contains Client UrlCache MMF Ver 5.2. what does it mean? My doubt is that my compay ppls has done some hacking in my personal system. because the romming profile is start with my company name. Also it my came through my gmail which I am oppening in company network also. Please any one clarify my worries? how the default user came in my system? what is Client UrlCache MMF Ver 5.2? how the nerwork sirvice is came in my system without installing any thing? does any one can get my personal data, if i am continuing with this configuration? Can I remove roaming profile?
