My pc is not booting

my pc is not booting but processor fan working properly ,but not display

is it making any beeping noises as it attempts to boot?

As per daviduk thoughts - should hear (1) beep at start up - if more than that you have issues - (be sure you have speaker inserted on MB board in order to hear beep) - check MB manual to see issues. Check power supply, hard drive, memory, video card ( if it was working, possible not issue) - Good Luck!

If your beeps are good, remove unnecessary components then boot again. If you get a clean boot that way, add components back 1 at a time until boot fails. Then you'll know the culprit.

If you get no beeps at all, try resetting your CMOS by removing the watch battery for 24 hours. Reinsert and reboot.
