I accidentally stopped a process in autostart programs. I can't clearly remember the process but it has something to do with "shell". I don't have any backups and my system restore is not available. Everytime I start my laptop, it opens My Documents in an explorer window. The taskbar and other startup items are not running. I have to run them manually. But when I try running the explorer.exe manually (after stopping the it), it opens again the my documents explorer window, instead of the taskbar and other startup programs. Can you help me fix this one?

ADDED: I can open my windows task manager.
