Just a warning to those considering the purchase of the Think Outside
Bluetooth Keyboard. My detachable cradle broke after approximately 10
removals from the keyboard. This occurred despite my being careful
with the removal process (because of a concern I had with the
durability of the cradle).

Think Outside's web page does not have a link that allows you to order
a replacement cradle so I tried to call their contact number this
morning. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a human on the phone
despite trying all of the menu choices over a series of calls. After
finally giving up and sending an email to support@thinkoutside.com, I
received the following reply:

"Thank you for emailing Support at Think Outside, Inc.
The current expected response time is 3 business days."

So, not only do they have a fragile/defective? product, they don't
have any way for their customers to contact them in any time effective
manner. Knowing what I do today about their customer support, I would
think hard before ordering this keyboard.
