I'd say a great overclock:
Good speed, stock voltage, excellent temperatures

I'd only add: Stability with Orthos 12-16h test, no need of 2 sessions of Orthos, better tested with one (it will use both cores)
Your CPU fan runs really fast, you could get a more silent better HSF that will have less RPMs, or maybe enable Q-FAN or similar in your MB
If I was you, I'd put the vcore at 1.45v, and get the max of the CPU at that safe vcore

Good luck

first off, congrats on ur first post and welcome to the family!!

i'd say thats a excellent OC. just curious, is that on stock cooling?

as jonny_ftm said, u might wanna check out how it runs with a bit higher vcore. but personally i'd stay put!

Looks good, System simular to mine, Temps about the same. This was my first OC ( Long time builder).

1 Question for Jonny-ftm on raising CPU voltage, I thought lower was better, providing system remains stable.

System:
E6400 @ 3.2 Idle 39C Load orthos 53C (Meas w/TAT)
CPU V 1.250, FSB V = +.05, Mch V = +.05
Note Raise MCH & FSB for 4G Mem for test, removed 2G's but left Voltage Was stable w/2 Gigs with GMCH & FSB V at Auto
mem - Corsair C4 @ 4-4-4-12-2T Dimm E +.3V (2.1V)
Board DQ6
4 SataII HD, 2 DVD writers
Lously Case - Case Temp 28C w/ ambient @ 23C

Cpu Voltage w/CPUZ - Idle 1.216 - Load 1.200
Using board Utility ( Easy tune 5)
VCoreA idle 1.260, load 1.250
CPU Vid 1.250

1 Question for Jonny-ftm on raising CPU voltage, I thought lower was better, providing system remains stable.

I mean he can set the vcore to 1.45v (9% increase, a value recommended on most boards as the maximum safe limit, in intel recommandations of 10% envelope for the vcore) and look for the maximum stable CPU clock at that safe vcore: in other ways, getting the most of his CPU, while remaining on a rather safe part, unlike me

To the OP,

Run Orthos for 12 hours. If it's stable DO Not increase voltage. Why would you unless your going for more.

Great OC :D

cooling is an ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro
I certainly will increase the overclock (vcore) but I will wait orthos to finish 12 hour run (now is on fifth)
and will post
Thanks for all answers and I`m happy to join :)
