Hi all

I have 4 Dell Vostro 220 PC's which when they are booted up in the morning or if you shut the pc's down during the day, when you log in as the user the shortcut's on the desktop don't respond. I cannot get into Task Manager or even log off. Howewever if I power of the machine, reboot the machine and log in as 'administrator',log off and log back in again as the user, the pc runs fine. Any Ideas?
