I am just looking for opinions/experience with any thing i've listed. Just any kind of insight or if i'm good to go i'll just place the order. I am new, so please if something isn't good let me know why and what to look for.

i don't mean to be rude, but what makes you think those two will perform better? And also i was considering getting the FX-6100? I'd rather have a cpu that will last longer than have a tad bit of a performance increase. If it's a large increase then i will definitely consider it!

Actually i've looked up all the benchmarks and i've decided to just go with theintel i5-3450 and the ASrock motherboard you linked

Great choice! :)  They will definitely out-last the AMD counterpart.
