I deleted a user and lost outlook files

Is there a good program that will allow me to recover these files.

The general rule with recovering deleted files is that you must run undelete software IMMEDIATELY after you realize you deleted the files, BEFORE you turn off the computer or do anything to cause files to be written to the partition. Otherwise each file write, even when turning off the computer, will possibly destroy files and/or folders. I have used NTFS Undelete successfully before.
