In Device Manager, RAID Controllers shows a yellow question mark. Not sure what a RAID Controller is. Any help would be appreciated.

It's a motherboard component. Go to your motherboard manufacturer's website to download the drivers. If you aren't running or don't plan to run a RAID array, it's not important.

RAID is a Redundant Array of Independent Discs. You can read about all the different types of RAID here.
