New Build, First time

Im building my own PC but its my first time, i just want to check that all my parts are compatable and of a good standard, i will mostly use the PC for gaming but also sometimes for work.
Here is my build:

I am going to be using windows vista home premium on the system, will this work?

yes they should work, however unless the ram you picked has a killer deal on it, you should look for DDR2 800 too, you can save some cash on that. but pretty nice build
