Hey guys, just wondering what settings I should be using in my BIOS settings for these? The actual timing for this ram is 4-5-4-15, so which settings do I change in my BIOS for that? Right now according to CPU-Z I'm running 5-5-5-15, and I want to at least run the speed it's capable of! Also, it says it's running at 400Hz, when it should be 800, should I change that as well, or is that normal for how it reports dual channel RAM?

it says 400mhz because it dual which is 400 X 2=800 Ok

Its normally listed in order. So 4 CL, 5 tRCD, 4 tRP and 15 tRAS.

Just be sure to set the voltage for the ram to what its supposed to be.

lupi i need help come on msn.so meh i should post here.but i got no other ways of contacting him.

and to your problem.just go into your bios and set the timing to Cl-tRCD-tRP-tRAS 4-4-4-15@2V and it should be safe.400 is correct because its Double Data Rate(DDR) and so 400mhz X 2 = 800mhz.ok?
