OS conversion

is it true that even if I build a monster ram computer (16Gb ) and I'm running a 64bit OS, if I run a game like ModW2 it will convert to 32bit OS automatically and I lose all the ram but 3Gb + video ram? So it is not really being used except in stuff like burning, copying, office programs, ect. ect.

Even if the game was working in 64BIT, there is no such game that can use effectively more than 3gigs ~

PC games drawing the mainly resources from the CPU/Graphics card.
Putting 16GB of RAM for game purposes is useless.

Invest your money in better graphics card, it will be more wise and efficient.
