Accidentally Delete My Computer Icon How To Get It Back?

I accidentally deleted the icon at he bottom of my screen. Thios icon is to brinup all the features on the computer like the control panel, network, desktop and all the other features. How can I get it back. Also I just installed Microsoft Office 2010 and was viewing the background pictures. One was installed on my computer and I cannot get it off, I really do not want this picture or is it a screensaver. Thanks for your help.

If you are using Windows 7 or under, just click on the start button and right-click on "my computer" from the menu, select "show on desktop"

Another way to do this is to right click your desktop background and click on Personalize. From there click on Change Desktop Icons and you can re-add the default icons or pick and choose which ones to bring back that you may have deleted.
