I got my ipod today and it was fine at first then after syncing it it was fine the first few minutes then the buttons didnt work then the scroll didnt work and now its frozen but its on, whats wrong? ( also my computer wont let me eject it or anything else like cds

if you hold the centre and the menu buttons, at the same time for about 10 seconds, then it will reboot and be normal. and its fine to unplug your ipod even if it says to eject first. my laptop wont eject mine either, just make sure your ipod isnt syncing at the time, otherwise it will screw up.
and if this doesnt help, take it back. tell them the issue and they will replace it, warranty lasts a year.
