Help! Which is the Best PC to Buy for Gaming?

I am Really Interested to buy a Pc But I Have A Low Budget   , Then I Saw These Desktops For Sale In a Very Cheap Price in the Internet   , I Found Them Very Interesting Because of the Amount Of rams and The mHZ amount of the Processors. But I still need Your Help   To identify Which One will Be suitable For Gaming Because Im Kind Of a Newbie About this specs thingy.
