I have a 5 year old Toshiba 43H70 and but before the warranty expired, the
bottom left corner started to bow and the color went off balance. The
repair guy replaced a circuit board and it was fine. After several months
past, the picture started to shake or more like bouncing. It looks like
it's trying to adjust itself. Also, the bottom right corner is slightly
off the frame. Is there some adjustments to prevent this or am i SOL? NEED
HELP

Did you move it? Any new appliances in the house?
Sounds like flicker caused by a fluorescent light nearby, or power
fluctuations from a motor on the same circuit.

Actually, that TV had been on the same spot since we bought it and never
had the problem. But that's a good point. I'll check around and see if
it's picking up any circuit disturbances.
