I have a couple of issues that I sure could use some help with.
I have a Sony Vaio VGN-FZ220U notebook computer. The built in camera, a 1.3 megapixal, does now work when in other programs, like MSN messenger.
I am running Vista's Business.
After having spent hours going through the internal systems, I searched for camera drivers at Sony. None seem to be geared to this.
The Vaio control center will not run and I have not been able to locate anywhere to reinstall it.
None of the sites I have searched so far offer truly 'free' downloads. Some want to download 'detectives' onto the computer and then want money to 'fix' the endless problems they 'find'.
Haven't found any sites that offer solutions without money.
I have the disks for the business version of Vista. The problem there is that the hard drive failed only months after purchasing the computer and it won't recognize the Product Key, nor the original one either.
Spent hours on phone with Microsof only to be shuffled around endlessly, disconnected and repeat.
I am a full time student, searching for work and have no money to buy solutions.
Can anymore recommend sites or solutions?
