lian li 6070b fan question

i don't like how the lian li 6070b doesn't let you change the stock fans out. what is the best way to remove those screws with no heads?

a dremel (R)(C) or a nice drill should do if you want it Q&E but for quality nothing beats a pair of pointy nosed pliers and alot of elbow grease
