Umm.... you bought your parts without figuring out how to overclock them?

Go to the General Overclocking section for help:

One other thing:

DO NOT SHOUT; ie all caps.

From the looks of what you listed you spent a LOT of money. The first thing I would do is sit back, relax and make sure everything you bought is working properly. After you've done that, list everything you have in your system.
This is what I've gottten so far:
Striker Extreme
Corsair (not crosair) Dominator PC800
QX 6700
Tt Toughpower 850
XFX 8800GTX
2 Seagate drives
and you don't know the first thing about water cooling.

Seriously, it's very annoying trying to read a post in ALL CAPS and poor punctuation.

Now that you've got the CAPS off, I can make sense of your post.

Damn, that is one beast of a machine. TWO Bluray drives? I don't even want to think how much that cost.

You have an unlocked multiplier CPU, so overclocking for you is as simple as turning up the multiplier.

Increasing the FSB speed will give you a faster system for any given CPU speed, but is also riskier since you are overclocking the CPU, the Northbridge (FSB), and the RAM. Take the FSB up in intervals of 20 or 25MHz and test for stability. Running your RAM at a 1:1 ratio with your FSB will also help performance.

People who takes the CAPS thing too seriously are ... simply ... shocking ...
