Windows vista user removal

Hello,my daughter is on as administrator, no password, Stephanie was killed in Afganistan , I would really like to remove her picture. The windows vista procedure will not allow me....please help. Thom

Can you log in as another admin, reduce her account to a standard account, and then delete that account?

Also, thank you for your sacrifice for our country. I am sorry to hear of your loss.
