I'm looking to buy some DDR2 for my upcoming Q6600-based rig now, because it looks like DDR2 prices have hit rock bottom and are starting to climb, and I want to save money. Which of the following 3 kits would be the best for the money? I'm in Canada, so I can't use Newegg, unfortunately.
Crucial Ballistix 4-4-4-12, $140:

Corsair XMS2 5-5-5-12, $150 - $30 rebate = $120:

OCZ Platinum Rev. 2 4-4-4-15, $140 - $50 rebate = $90

Of the two rebates, I'm much less likely to ever see the OCZ rebate because of Tigerdirect, so please keep that in mind. I plan on overclocking the Q6600 to around 3 Ghz, and probably dropping a Penryn quad-core in once they come out, and I don't want to change the RAM then. Thanks for any help.
EDIT: I can also get the Crucial Ballistix sticks for $107 at Canada Computers, but they're out of stock. Also, they have the following kits:
Patriot Extreme Performace 4-4-4-12, $128 - $50 rebate = $78
