A few months ago I downloaded Blubster. I wanted to get rid of it so I went
to add/remove programs and did so, but there is still a program on there
called "Blubster Ads Support" -- I tried removing it but it says I should
uninstall the software first. I already have! Any ideas?? (I have restarted
several times & looked on the internet for useful information)

Blubster is believed to contain adware. Programs like this don't make
themselves easy to remove.
Try running the following adware removal tools.
SpySweeper
Adaware
Spybot
etc
I believe someone released look alike program called "clean Blubster"
without the adware.
