I am trying to update the bios on a Compaq laptop running xp pro to maybe correct a wlan card problem, but when I try to install is won't allow. Says you must be logged in as a admin? There is only one user... ME and I am the admin? Tried HP on-line support. Waste-O-TIME after 90min they come up the genius "do a system restore" Any ideas??
