Using coputer without logging on??

Hello,
Is there any way to use computer vista, without getting logged on since mine is locked and i can't get it in. Like when u use ophcrack, u can't actually use internet and stuff, in the ophcrack program itself. So my question is is there any program that is like ophcrack, but u can also download stuff and watch vedio, and do stuff like normal computer?

If you can not access your computer's operation system, get out the Vista Windows Installation DVD and reinstall Vista without creating a login. If the installation process asks for a login, leave it blank.
