Uninstall windows bdp

I keep getting this pop-up - about a Windows installer BPD - it is trying to install something, and then it wants me to insert a CD - I don't have whatever it is they are asking about.

Can anyone help me?

cancersurvivor, hi. All that I could find pertaining to your issue is for WinXP. I will give you the two shotcuts, as it may give you an idea what the issue entails.

Also, it wouldn't hurt to run Windows Update.
