HP nonplug and Play Graphics drivers

I have an old HP Ultra VGA 1600 monitor (20"). It works with the default VGA graphics driver but when I try to use it in a multiple monitor system-no joy.

Well, if it works, you know it's not the monitor causing the multi monitor failure. It is possible your onboard graphics does not provide multi monitor setups. Or even more possible is the driver used doesn't support multi units. Try updating your video software driver. Or bbuy a video card that support multi monitor setups.
