i have installed kaspersky anti-virus 2010.i update it regularly and it is working properly.
but my window xp service 2 does not recognize it and show a comment to install the anti-virus
what to do to make window recognize anti-virus

I wouldnt worry about it since it is a new version (2010)
It is just the way that it is trying to notify windows.
Several years ago I had a version of Avast that did the same thing.
It still worked just fine.
if the message bothers you then you can go into the security center and choose
change the way windows notifys me on the left side and deselect the AV notification.
