My system cannot find the following line when trying to access folders; windows cannot find C/WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe'
I have run my antivirus program Avast and it returned no virus. This program runs constantly. The manual scan took several hours. I have downloaded several so call fix programs but I still can't access my folders and I keep getting this message.
I have gone to a backup system but I still get this message.

How do I restore this string so I can access my folders
