PC freezing when Idle

I've been having problems with my pc lately. It seems to freeze mainly when I leave it idle for about 20 mins or so. I suspect its a virus but Malwarebytes hasn't found much. I've also ran my anti virus as well as C cleaner with no results unfortunately. I can still use my keyboard to switch back and forth between programs but I can't access anything nor do the programs actually pop up.
Here is my HijackThis log:

Try running Dr Web CureIt, I find it always seems to detect trojans & rootkits that other scanners dont.
