Do I ned a new PSU for this videocard?

If I decide to get an 8800 GTS to go with a new rig, will I need a new PSU to replace my XION Power Real 600W?

Well...did you check the specs for your psu and the requirements for your new card?

The PSU has 2 12v rails, both at 22 amps. The video card takes 26 amps, recommended and a 400w psu. I want to know if there is a way for me to plug both 12v rails into the 8800 gts.

I'm not sure on the specifics, but the 26amps refers to the combined amperage on the 12v rails. So your PSU will be able to power your 8800GTS. Amps is good, Wattage is good.
