I did 2 different configuration:

Multi 9x
FSB 333
SPD 2.5x
Result: ~3GHz
Temp Idle 48C, Load 60C
CPU Load 30%

Multi 8x
FSB 401
SPD 2x
Result: ~3.2GHz
Temp Idle 45C, Load 55C
CPU Load 80%

I don't understand how the 2nd configuration gives me 5C less, but 80% cpu load and the 1st (3GHz) higher temperatures but only 30% cpu load.

Which one is better?

The cpu load comes from a small test program I wrote which does some extensive calculations (FFT). The load is displayed by RightMark's CPU Clock Utility.
