Cannot print e-mail

cannot print mye-mail. have Windows Xp and Internet Explorer Please advise

which email program are you using?
what error do you get?

If needed, highlight the contents of the e mail you want to print
then right click, sect copy
open microsoft word
right click, select paste
this should copy the e mail contents to a microsoft word document
now print

+1 That's what I was going to suggest.
It's a good quick fix. :lol:
