How to create bootable pen drive for windows xp in windows 7

Hi all,
Can you please let me know how to create bootable pen drive for Xp in windows 7. I am using Windows7 and want to create a bootable pen drive for XP in Windows7. So if all of you know about it, please solve my query.

Have you tried google?
I'm sure there should be a tutorial or a page to do that.
If not in Windows 7 at least Vista which is very similar

Yeah! I have tried it, I have created it using dispart command, if I am copying windows 7 and Vista in the pen drive, it is working, but if Window xp is being copied in same pen drive, it is showing BOOTMGR is missing.
Please let me know any link or command so that I could make my pen drive bootable for win XP.
