Urgent: VISTA, OLD OEM HDD and new System

Hello, I have rescently built a new system, minus the HDD.

I Originally planned to use the Installation files on my OLD HDD on my new system, however the drivers and such are not compatiable.

My old OS was VISTA 32BIT

What I need to know: Is there a way for me to install Vista 64bit on my old harddrive and use my Vista CD/KEY (If such a thing exists) on the 64bit version?
