32 bit os on 64 bit processor

If you want a 32bit OS on a 64bit Vista Ultimate you need to own a retail version of Vista... If you own a retail version you could switch between 32 and 64 as often as you want... If you own a 64bit OEM version you have to buy a new copy of windows as a 32bit OS... This is one of the catches with OEM...

Pretty sure OEM keys are interchangeable. You only receive the one type of disk when you purchase OEM though.
