I have been getting an error mesage and error signature: appname: iexplore.exe appver: 6.0.2900.2180 modname: icm32.dll modver: 5.1.2600.2709 offset: 0000433c. please help???

That seems to be internet explorer.
Try downloading the newer version and install it.
