Motherboard RMA Problem

My RMA for a DOA motherboard is under review because apparently I bent a pin, this being the 5th computer i have personally built I know that pins tend to get a little bent with installation, which is completely normal, and usually doesn't effect the computer, unless they are greatly bent, or broken. However it is not New egg customer service, that is to blame, but the Loop Hole protections scheme in place to make sure that if the tiniest detail is out of place, they lose all liability, personally I love New egg customer service, they are great always. But they need to change that policy, because know I am out 240, for something I swear on my grandmother's grave WAS NOT MY FAULT.

I have searched and this is apparently a very common issue with many people, and has cost Newegg alot of business.
